Mr. McDonald has more than 30 years of combined technical and financial experience in mining sector. He co-founded and successfully developed National Gold (which merged with Alamos Minerals) to form Alamos Gold for which he was a Director and served on numerous committees until June 2012. Mr. McDonald also served as President of Genco Resources which operated the La Guitarra Silver Mine located in Mexico. Mr. McDonald is a founder of Kootenay Silver Inc. and a co-founder and director of Northern Vertex Mining Corp.

Mr. Berry has over 25 years of experience in finance and venture capital markets. He began his career in the Canadian brokerage industry as an investment advisor before moving on to found various publicly traded companies. His roles have included senior management positions and directorships responsible in areas of finance, business development, strategic planning and corporate restructuring. Mr. Berry is a founder of Kootenay Silver and is the co-founder and Director/Chairman of Northern Vertex Mining Corp. Prior to his career in the capital markets, Mr. Berry enjoyed a professional hockey career and was a participant in the 1980 and 1988 Winter Olympics.

Mr. Kang has over 18 years of financial experience and has held various senior financial positions within public and private companies including, Salares Lithium, Gryphon Gold, Star Shipping and Steppe Gold. He brings a extensive knowledge of finance, accounting and public markets. Mr. Kang holds a CMA designation obtained in Canada and an HND in Business and Finance, obtained in the UK.

Mr. Whittington is a professional mining engineer, with a degree from the Royal School of Mines in the United Kingdom. Dick's career spans 35 years with major mining companies companies in Canada, Panama and Australia. His experience encompasses senior engineering and management roles for several large-scale mine development projects which includes numerous feasibility studies, mine evaluations, mine development, production, mergers and acquisitions and over $1 billion of major corporate financings.
Brian Groves, BSc GeophysicsDirector
Brian has worked in the mining and exploration industries for more than 29 years. A graduate of The University of Sydney, Australia, Brian began his career in exploration as a geophysicist in Australia and North America. He has been involved in exploration for coal, gold, base metals and diamonds with junior, mid-tier and major companies such as AMAX Minerals, Noranda and Placer Dome where he served for 12 years ending as a Manager of Corporate Development, Canada.
Joseph Giuffre, BA LLBDirector
Has over 25 years of combined experience in business and legal matters, and has a transaction-based practice in the areas of corporate finance, securities and corporate and commercial, project finance, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr.Guiffre has extensive experience acting for Canadian public companies, many of which have progressed from private start-up companies to publicly listed emerging companies on several markets.

Mr. Morda brings Kootenay over 20 years of experience in the mining industry, having served as Chief Financial Officer for several mineral exploration and gold producing companies. As a senior executive, Mr. Morda is highly adept in all areas of strategic corporate planning, operations, budgeting, accounting and taxation functions.
Most recently Ms. Zaradic was the President & CEO of Northair Silver Corp, which in April of 2016 successfully completed a business combination with Kootenay Silver Inc. Previous to that, she was the President & CEO of Troon Ventures where she successfully negotiated and structured the Troon /Grenville business transaction in 2013. Prior to Troon Andrea was VP Project Development for Keegan Resources' Esaase Gold project in Ghana, West Africa, Manager of Infrastructure development for Canico Resources, on the Onca Puma nickel laterite project in Brazil and Senior Process Operations Engineer for BHP Billiton's Ekati Diamond Mine. Andrea was also VP Operations & Development for Magma Energy Corp., a renewable energy company and, as one of the founders, took the company through a highly successful IPO and acquisition of HS Orka, the largest privately held geothermal company in Iceland. Andrea was instrumental in the 2012 merger between Magma & Plutonic Power (now Alterra Power). Andrea also has several years experience managing automotive and stationary fuel cell development programs at Ballard power as well as holding a Master's degree in mechanical engineering. Ms. Zaradic is a registered Professional Engineer in the provinces of British Columbia and Ontario.
Mr. Reda is the Vice President of Corporate Development of Kaminak Gold Corporation. Since the company's inception in 2005, Mr. Reda has been instrumental in Kaminak's growth from a startup prospect generator to a resource development company with a +5 million ounce gold resource and a market capitalization in excess of $400 million. During his tenure, he was pivotal in orchestrating capital raises totaling over $145 million, forming strategic alliances and joint venture agreements, and creating Kivalliq Energy Corp., a publicly traded uranium company spun out of Kaminak. As Vice President of Corporate Development, Mr. Reda executes Kaminak's strategic planning, business development and marketing while overseeing the public relations and investor communications of the company.
Dr. Tom Richards, BSc, PhDVice President of Exploration
An accomplished author and co-author of numerous publications involved in the science of Geology through central British Columbia. Dr Richards was a Research Scientist with the Geological Survey of Canada during the 1970's doing regional mapping in British Columbia. He conducted regional exploration in Canada, United States and Mexico to the early 1990's as an independent geologist/prospector with Junior and Major mining companies (including Teck, Inco, Esso, Newmont, Falconbridge and Union Carbide) and throughout NW Argentina until 2007. He has been involved with Kootenay Gold in Mexico from 2007 to present.
